This page sets the agreed operating rules for maintaining course, facilitator and public-calendar information. All fields are editable and autosave to the shared live planner.

Calendar options
The public version excludes facilitator names, AusCycling contacts, internal notes, risk ratings and pipeline stages. Courses marked for public publishing are included. A live registration link displays as “Register Now” with an optional QR code. Cancelled and delivered courses are excluded.
AusCycling contacts and default ownership
Manage staff contacts and the default course ownership rules. Defaults are applied when a course is created or when you use “Apply suggested contact”. Every event can still be overridden in the course editor.
